This can happen if the payment webhook is delayed. Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If Pro still isn't active after 5 minutes, email us with the subject line "Pro not activated" and we'll fix it manually within a few hours — usually much faster.

Go to sign-in →Make sure your browser has microphone permission for getpitchpal.com. In Chrome/Safari, click the lock icon in the address bar and allow microphone access. Use headphones if possible to avoid echo. The call uses your browser — no app download needed.
You can cancel any time from your account settings under "Billing". Your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period — you won't be charged again. No hoops, no dark patterns.
