I paid but didn't get Pro access

This can happen if the payment webhook is delayed. Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If Pro still isn't active after 5 minutes, email us with the subject line "Pro not activated" and we'll fix it manually within a few hours — usually much faster.

I can't log in or access my account

Try signing in with the same method you used to sign up (Google vs. email). If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. Still stuck? Email us and we'll look it up.

My call isn't connecting or there's no audio

Make sure your browser has microphone permission for getpitchpal.com. In Chrome/Safari, click the lock icon in the address bar and allow microphone access. Use headphones if possible to avoid echo. The call uses your browser — no app download needed.

I want to cancel my subscription

You can cancel any time from your account settings under "Billing". Your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period — you won't be charged again. No hoops, no dark patterns.

I think I was charged incorrectly

Email us within 14 days with your Stripe receipt or the email address used to pay. We'll investigate immediately and issue a refund if there was an error on our end.
